BCT Group is a growing team located in Melbourne’s thriving Inner West offering architecture, interior design, and construction for residential builds and renovations.

One of several recently completed projects is South Kingsville Residence. In this instance, the client wanted to modernise their family home, make better use of their downstairs space, and fully renovate the ground floor. The BCT Design Team decided to relocate the kitchen and created a large open-plan living area, with a useable bench seat running the full length of two walls.

When it came to the interior finishes meeting, the BCT Design Team kicked off the process by introducing their client to a selection of timber flooring samples from our exclusive Arbre French Oak Engineered range.

The next step? We provided a dedicated consultation at Circa to explore the flooring possibilities on a larger scale, and fill the client with confidence.

For South Kingsville, the client was looking to provide a seamless flow from the indoors to the outdoors. They decided on Arbre French Oak in a Herringbone pattern in the colour Luxe. This created a modern yet timeless feel throughout their new space. The result speaks for itself.
