Project Profile – Elphin Grove
Vision Design Studio and Striking Constructions team up again to create Montmorency House Two, a family home that blends timeless charm with a nod to Hampton style.
Offering versatile spaces and luxury appointments, Montmorency House was designed for family comfort and relaxed indoor and outdoor enjoyment. The interior colour palette is calming yet sophisticated, expertly combining whites, greys, and neutrals.
Montmorency House blends timeless charm with a hint of the Hamptons for family living, indoors and out. It offers versatile spaces, including a home office/media room and a Miele-equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry. The interior concept is anchored by our Arbre French Oak engineered flooring in Luxe. All credit goes to Vision Design Studio who expertly used Arbre across the split level home to create a casual yet sophisticated expertly combining whites, greys, and neutrals.
Suitable for interior floors, stairs and even walls, Arbre is constructed using a solid French Oak wear layer pressed to a Hevea blockboard core. This construction method provides for a precision manufactured plank for a high quality finish that will provide long term structural integrity. Lightly brushed to enhance the look and feel of French Oak’s open grain and natural timber features, Arbre Engineered Flooring is finished in a UV Cured Coating system by Bona and is supported by a 10 year warranty for residential use.
The French Oak wear layer (Lamella) used on Arbre flooring is an organic product with natural variation which means that each plank, and each floor is unique. These colour and characteristic variations include knots, grain and colour, making every project a one-of-kind. The complete Arbre range can be viewed at our showroom in Port Melbourne, where every colour is displayed in large vertical and horizontal display panels. Make sure to book an appointment with one of our flooring experts.
